Description

Using the template I made earlier, I added my picture, and put it in an ID card sleeve with a clip to attach to my belt. 

Also shown is an animatronic jaw I repainted. It was originally part of a Halloween skull, but I decided it'd be perfect as a replacement jaw for one of the animatrons.
